These conditions of sale govern the purchase, electronically or by telephone, of the products presented on the website www.ceramicasud.com
1. The contract stipulated between ceramicsud.com and the customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by ceramicsud.com This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the customer.
By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions, payment conditions, Privacy and policies transcribed.
2. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
How to Buy
3. The Customer can purchase the products present in the electronic catalog of www.ceramicasud.com when placing the order, as described in the relevant information sheets.
It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ slightly even if reproduced in photographic studios, the tone varies according to the type of light used in the studio "warm light / cold light / distance between the product and surrounding lighting and the type of camera used.
4. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by ceramicasud.com by means of an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. 5. In case of non-acceptance of the order, ceramicasud.com guarantees timely communication to the Customer.

7. The delivery times indicated on the site are quantified in working days. For the smaller islands or the disadvantaged places there is a supplement. Alternatively, the goods are always available free of charge in the warehouse.
8. In order to take advantage of the KASKO insurance INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, any visible damage must be reported within a maximum of 24h "working days from receipt of the goods” to the following address info@ceramicasud.com, or by registered mail to the address: Ceramica Sud Viale Einaudi snc 73026 Melendugno Lecce. The reporting of any damage/defects is valid only before the installation of the materials by the workers.
9. Upon delivery of the goods to the street level, it is the customer's responsibility to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (quality check). Any damage reported after 24 hours of receipt on working days will benefit from standard insurance upon notification to the sender within and no later than 7 days (accepting the goods with a careful reserve to be written in the courier's DDT: Ex: "box with holes on the side", "box open and without personalized tape", "damaged box" , etc.)
10. For warranty purposes, it is essential to carefully keep a copy of the receipt/sales invoice accompanied by the warranty certificate or the original packaging of the item. The customer is required to send the item for assistance with delivery costs at his expense, the warranty assistance is free, the costs of returning the reconditioned material to the customer are borne by the seller Ceramica Sud Curlante.
Price and shipping costs
11. The prices of the products published on the homepage or in the various sections of the Site are inclusive of VAT and do not include any taxes, duties and taxes applicable in the country of destination of the Products, where this is different from Italy, which will be charged to the Customer . Ceramica Sud Curlante reserves the right to change the prices of the products listed on the Site at any time. However, any changes to the product prices will not be effective for Customers who have already forwarded an Order.
12. As part of the order forwarding process, different payment methods may be proposed by Ceramica Sud Curlante, at the complete discretion of the latter, such as, by way of example, payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard , Maestro), payment through the PayPal secure system, and payment by bank transfer with credit within 5 days of placing the order.
Ceramica Sud Curlante will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to force majeure, such as, for example, strikes, provisions of the Public Authority, rationing or shortage of energy or raw materials, transport difficulties, fires, floods, heavy snowfalls, flooding and damage to industrial machinery not dependent on Ceramica Sud.
Ceramica Sud Curlante will promptly notify the Customer of the occurrence of a demonstrable cause of force majeure.
13. Delivery understood to be at street level on a dual carriageway in the national territory or abroad, *islands and disadvantaged locations in terms of transport excluded*.
Right of withdrawal
It results by customer right and by law within 14 days of delivery. You will be able to freely decide whether to return part of your purchase or all the products: we will refund the price of the returned products (shipping costs will be refunded and the return costs will be borne by the customer) within 14 days from when we became aware of your wish to exercise this right.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example a letter sent by AR mail).

The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods intact and compliant with a new sale.
Goods having customized dimensions are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
